We recently completed a full Ajax intruder alarm installation for a financial company based at the old Sheffield Airport site. The system was designed to provide reliable protection for both staff and property, using the latest Ajax authorised equipment.
Alongside the alarm system, we also carried out a full CCTV installation — setting up cameras to monitor both the inside of the premises and the front of the building. All cameras were connected to a network video recorder (NVR) for reliable playback and remote access through the mobile app.
After a recent incident of anti-social behaviour where a rear gate was forced open, the customer asked us to return. We’ve since added an additional IP CCTV camera at the back of the property, giving them complete coverage of the site and extra peace of mind.
This project is a great example of how smart security systems can be built up in stages. The client now has a robust setup that combines a wireless Ajax intruder alarm system with a professional CCTV solution — all fully accessible on their phones through easy-to-use apps.
